MCAS Yuma Housing

The mission of the Housing Office is to provide clean, comfortable, affordable and safe housing for eligible personnel and their families assigned to MCAS Yuma. Our goal is to enhance the quality of life for military families through a partnership between the Housing Office and private sector service providers. We continue forward with improvements that boost morale and lead to happy residents and productive service members.

Housing is managed by a private partner, Lincoln Military Housing. A full time government staff is also available to serve members on issues pertaining strictly to the military as well as providing an off station referral program.

We have 693 on station houses, separated by rank and bedroom entitlement, and 128 off station apartments for E1-E5 two bedroom entitlements

We are pleased to announce the new Dog Park, located at the end of Keith Ave., is now open. Please help us in maintaining a safe, clean and positive environment for our pets. We look forward to seeing you and your canine companions there!
